C.R. England Announces Pay Increases for Over-The-Road Trainers

C.R. England implements $.04 pay increase for all company trainers working in the organization's National and Regional divisions.

Effective Monday, January 19, 2015, C.R. England will implement a $.04 pay increase for all training miles driven by Company Trainers working in the  organization’s National and Regional divisions.  Depending on tenure, this pay increase is an average of 14.5 percent increase over current pay levels.

This is an additional increase to the bonus pay increase announced to all trainers last year. In November 2014, C.R. England doubled the value of the Phase one upgrade bonus for all trainers.  When an apprentice successfully upgrades on his/her first try, the trainer will receive a $200 bonus.

This pay increase goes to a group of men and women that have worked very hard to help us ensure that the future of our driving force is bright.

Brandon Harrison, Chief Operating Officer

“This pay increase goes to a group of men and women that have worked very hard to help us ensure that the future of our driving force is bright,” said Brandon Harrison, Chief Operating Officer. “We appreciate and value the time Trainers invest in teaching, mentoring and developing our Apprentices’ and we want them to value this responsibility. With this in mind we have increased the pay to help our Company Trainers achieve their goals and reward them for their hard work.”

C.R. England is planning to implement additional pay programs in the second quarter of 2015. One of the pay programs will include an enhanced trainer compensation for all company and independent contractor trainers.
